He has gone overboard in dealing with the HOA and other issues required in completion of the huge undertaking of our roof replacement. From the start, Performance has recognized the details of what we required of the finished product. In contractual negotiation multiple return trips to make certain the samples & products we’ve discussed were delivered promptly so we could take the next steps with design decisions. Installation of the project proved to be difficult but Performance was to up to the task and worked through the challenges such a job required. In talking with Brandon he took the time to explain the process and repairs that would take place. He came to checkout the roof and told us that the only issue he could see was that leaves were stuck under our solar panels which was causing snow melt to leak into our attic through one of the furnace vents. He said we could easily fix the issue ourselves and charged us nothing. We were really impressed and appreciative of his honesty and will be calling them in the future whenever we have roofing needs. They came when they promised: dropped off shingles one day, took off the old shingles replaced them with new, and put on the gutters the next day. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the old shingles and removing them as well. Lyle was there to check progress both days. If anyone I know needs a new roof, I will be glad to recommend him.
